27 - Vlad the Impaler -The Real Dracula

Few names have cast more fear into the human heart than Count
Dracula. The legendary vampyre, created by author Bram Stoker,
has inspired many horror movies, television shows and other
terrifying tales of vampires.


 


Dracula himself however was inspired by a real person who
happened to have a taste for blood and gruesome revenge. Vlad
III, Prince of Wallachia, who you may know as Vlad the
Impaler.


 


orld Pageant is a historic event that you've probably never heard
of. On November 20th 1970, worlds collided with rigging
accusations, bombs, thinly-veiled racism and the second wave of
feminism, all topped off with a sparkly tiara.
