In the high desert of northern Chile, beneath one of the clearest
night skies on Earth, a radio technician hears the sky go
completely silent for forty-three seconds. No static, no signal,
no background noise from the stars — only a calm voice speaking
from somewhere behind language, explaining that there are seven
of them, and six are still asleep.
This episode follows the SCP Foundation as it investigates
SCP-7712, known internally as The Quiet Pantheon: a hidden system
of ancient godlike entities connected to silence, entropy,
memory, light, time, distance, and nonexistence. As researchers
uncover fragments scattered through old myths, ruined
inscriptions, observatory records, missing expedition logs, and
classified interviews, they begin to understand the most
dangerous possibility of all — that the gods may not wake through
worship, but through being understood.
This episode plays over a fully black screen so you can set your
phone down, close your eyes, and drift into deep, uninterrupted
sleep without extra light filling the room. It is designed as a
slow, atmospheric SCP sleep story, built for nighttime listening,
quiet focus, and a dark-screen bedtime experience.
What to expect: calm narration, slow pacing, soft ambient sound,
cosmic horror, Foundation-style documentation, no sudden noises,
and no sharp jump-scare ending.
