Sexual Assault Awareness Month

April is sexual assault awareness month. This month I will share
some shadows that have come up in the past few months that
pertain to my own sexual abuse experience. I will also talk about
the documentary Quiet on set which is a documentary about the
dark underbelly of Hollywood and child exploitation.

I understand this can be a dark topic to listen to as well as
relive if you yourself have been sexually assaulted. If you need
to skip this whole month of listening, then I absolutely
understand.  If you do listen and are triggered and thoughts
of suicide, come up, please call 988 to talk to
someone.
