Kagan Sumer founded Gorillas, Europe's fastest unicorn. Now he's
building a digital factory that spits out companies, with the
goal of launching 100,000 of them in three years and giving
students ownership as solo entrepreneurs. In this conversation he
explains why he thinks now is not the best time to build, how he
got stuck in the build trap for eight months and climbed back
out, and what Rocket Internet would do today with AI. You also
get a look at his digital clone.
