(EN) Episode 69 - Weimar heads of government - Hans Luther

In this episode, I would like to introduce another Chancellor of
the Weimar Republic – the non-partisan Hans Luther, who appears
in German history more as the savior of the Mark than as
Chancellor – due to his currency reform of 1923. His term in
office was quite short, but was marked by some crucial domestic
and foreign policy events of the Weimar era. He is considered the
most successful finance minister in German history and earned a
reputation as a specialist in monetary affairs and fiscal
consolidation.
