Next up in our Mixtape series is @dj_tasha Few DJs move through
genres with the same ease as Tasha. Emerging from London’s Drum
& Bass scene with early support from DJ Flight and a residency
at DJ Storm’s legendary Feline nights, she gradually expanded her
sound through years immersed in the city’s underground - from
behind the counter at BM Soho to shaping dancefloors across Europe.
Since joining Rinse FM in 2009, Tasha has continued to refine a
style entirely her own, weaving together bass weight, broken
rhythms, hypnotic techno and straight-up rollers with total
control. Alongside her work as a DJ, she also founded the
influential Neighbourhood party and label, built on uncompromising
curation and a deep love for underground music. Her SPANDAU20
mixtape captures that same spirit: a one-take recording built from
recent obsessions, forthcoming Neighbourhood material and
