Hey Loves


In these times we are in, i felt the urge to record a metta
meditation with healing reiki energy to serve humanity and mother
earth with the intention that we all tap into the highest
frequency possible and move as one back into harmony back to the
one heart, to a community that lives in reciprocity with this
earth. 


We have a choice, every single day


to feed our anxiety with more of the toxic news or to tap into
our capacity and use our prana to create a field of loving
awareness which ultimately creates healing, peace and
liberation. 


its not about bypassing, its becoming aware of what truly serves
you and the world in a bigger picture. Those in need do not need
your fear or rage, they need your capacity to hold a brighter
vision for humanity and the earth, so we can slowly come back to
harmony. 


what you move within, will one day be the movement you see on the
outside. 


As I wish to reach as many human souls as possible with this
bonus episode, I recorded it in english. Please share it with
your family and friends, with your brothers and sisters, with
everyone.


We need every single heart standing up for our future generations
and the children that are born into a world that suffers deeply
right now! Let us be the change! let us do the work!
