performance: neuroathletic training.
Most athletes focus on muscles, strength, conditioning, and
technique. But what if the real limiting factor in performance
isn’t your muscles - but your brain?
Neuroathletic training is based on the idea that the brain
controls every movement in the body. By improving how the brain
processes information from the eyes, the balance system, and the
body’s sensory receptors, athletes can unlock higher performance,
better coordination, and sometimes even reduce pain.
