We all want the same things. To be fitter. More productive. More
successful. More in control of our lives And every January 1st,
we promise ourselves: "This year will be different."But let me
ask you, how many of your jan 1st resolutions have you fulfilled
this year?

By feb, you were back to your old routine - scrolling reels till
2 AM, skipping workouts, eating maggi for dinner, and feeling
guilty about all of it.

The issue is that January 1st is too late to start. If you wait
until New Year to "become disciplined," you're already setting
yourself up to fail. Because discipline isn't a switch you flip
on January 1st. It's a muscle you build before you need it. So
today, I'm giving you a simple 3-step framework, which if you do
starting today, you won't just "try to be disciplined" next
year—you'll already BE disciplined by the time January ends.
