Welcome to a new episode of "Mindbreak," the podcast that
uncovers the hidden and horrifying stories of institutional
control. In this episode, we venture deeper into a chilling case
that redefines the meaning of psychological torment.





Our source, a patient in a sealed isolation cell, describes a
systematic campaign of psychological and physical torture that
turns his living space into a deathtrap.





​He recounts how his food and water were allegedly laced with
sedatives and other drugs, forcing him to resort to desperate
measures - including drinking from a toilet and attempting to
drink his own urine - just to stay hydrated and avoid being
chemically subdued.





Every meal becomes an act of calculated defiance, as he finds new
ways to dispose of poisoned food and identifies kiwis with
tell-tale needle marks.





​But the most disturbing revelation is a series of escalating gas
attacks. He describes how chemicals were diffused into his cell
through the ventilation system, day and night, in a primitive
"gassing attempt."





A cruel, mocking "Penguin" character - a nurse with a distinct
waddle - torments him while the gas fills the room.





​The nightmare culminates in a terrifying sequence of events he
can only piece together from physical evidence.





He wakes up with a massive bruise on his forehead, a throbbing
pain, and a puncture mark on his thigh.





He deduces a terrifying vision:


masked figures entering his cell, knocking him unconscious with
gas, and extracting large quantities of his blood.





Why would they need his blood? He concludes it’s a sinister plan
by a "deep state" to fake his death in an explosion, using the
blood as a gruesome stand-in for his body.





​This episode is a journey into the darkest theories of
institutional abuse. Is this the account of a man pushed to the
brink of sanity, or is it a horrifying testament to a world where
"protection" is a disguise for something far more sinister?
