Since 2005, one of the Blacksite’s most notorious inmates has
been locked away: the so-called Cannibal of Neukölln.





Dangerous, unpredictable and permanently paranoid, he turned
daily life on the ward into a minefield of threats, delusions and
grotesque obsessions.





In this episode, I take you inside his world:





Poison paranoia – convinced that staff and patients were secretly
drugging his coffee and smearing LSD on his door handle.





️ Constant conflict – every passer-by was a “conspirator,” every
neighbour a potential assassin. Even walking past his room felt
like Russian roulette.





️ The crime that shocked Berlin – during a sadomasochistic date
in 2004, he killed his partner, dismembered the body and stored
parts in his fridge.





In court, he openly called the infamous “Cannibal of Rotenburg”
his role model.





Disturbing obsessions – writing page after page of explicit love
letters to fellow inmates, fantasising about BDSM mixed with
murder and cannibalism.





Deals and perversions – from paying other patients for
humiliating acts to even offering “intimate shaving services”
with a full price list.





Failed controls – hunger strikes, threats and outbursts that the
clinic’s staff often failed to contain.





Each incident showed how ill-equipped the system was to handle
someone this disturbed.





But the Cannibal of Neukölln is just one of many extreme figures
trapped in the psychiatric underworld. In the same ward we meet:





The Fisting Victim – who staged fake terror threats just to get
back into the clinic.





️ The von Weizsäcker Killer – who murdered the son of Germany’s
former president in a twisted act of revenge, only to later
starve himself to death on hunger strike.





These are not horror stories invented for cinema.





They are the real, unsettling testimonies from inside Germany’s
psychiatric Blacksite, where killers, cannibals and delusional
minds collide behind locked doors.
