(EN) Episode 45 - Weimar heads of government - Hermann Müller (social democrat)

In this episode, I will talk about the third Chancellor of the
Weimar Republic, Hermann Müller of the social-democratic SPD.
What's special about him is that he served as Chancellor twice —
once for a short time in the spring of 1920 and again from 1928
to 1930. As Foreign Minister, he signed the Treaty of Versailles,
and as Chancellor, he witnessed the beginning of the Great
Depression. His second Chancellorship was also the last "normal
Chancellorship" of the Weimar Republic and the last with a
parliamentary majority. Today, however, like many other
Chancellors of the German Empire and the Weimar Republic, he is
virtually forgotten.
