In this Episode we are going to refill your cup! We are almost by
the end of a crazy year and there is nothing better than tapping
into receiving and being guided for a short somatic
practice.

Join Karin for a beautiful practice to lean back and receive, tap
into the feminine frequency of receptivity.

In this time of the year we are hustling and running around, not
taking much time to unwind and just fill our own cup. And as I
always say, if your cup is empty you won't serve anybody.

So lets get comfy, take a seat or lay down and create some space
just for yourself, no distractions, face down your phone and just
settle into your cozy nest. Let my voice guide you through this
beautiful practice of receptivity.

Please share this practice with all your friends, as we all need
that refill!
