Jahresrückblick 2024-personal share, meine Learnings aus diesem Jahr

Sensitivity is a sign of Life. Better hurt than hardened. I bow
to those who keep their hearts open when it is most difficult,
those who refuse to keep their armor on any longer than they have
to, those who recognize the courage at the heart of
vulnerability. After all the malevolent warriors end each other,
the open hearted will inherit the earth





With these words my last podcast episode is going online today.
It is a reflection of my year in Swiss-German as
it came through when I was flowing into this episode with my
inner guide. Some words just flow right from the heart in your
mother language, somehow we can express fully what it truly has
been. 


Nonetheless I feel called to share the words in English.
My heart is based in the two worlds.


It was a year for the books…so many lessons, a huge amount of
wisdom and much more to integrate and digest…still..but it feels
complete, maybe because i am in reflection and digestion mode
since October. 


I took many big leaps and it was a year of resetting my nervous
system, finding back into soul aligned truth and revisiting old
wounds that i havent been ready to face before. i would lie if i
would say it was all rainbows and butterflies, but it was all
sooo soo worth it. 


Being asked to step into a more aligned version of myself has
been a journey this year. I faced my old friend fear and my older
friend control in a different way. i am amazed how our pain can
turn into purpose, if we allow ourselves to let go of how healing
should look or feel like. 


Heaven can truly be a place on this earth and
the amount of love that i met this year wherever I was going,
humbles me deeply. 


thank you 2024 for all the lessons, the re-alignment, the love,
the grief, the pain, the pleasure, joy and magic, i set you free
and let you go.

into a new era.
