When I started this podcast almost a year ago, I thought I was
just creating a space to listen, to learn, to witness other
people’s stories and experiences.





I didn’t expect it would hold me through the hardest months of my
life.





Season 3 begins with a quiet catch-up… just me, Dara, opening up
about what’s been going on behind the scenes. The grief. The
chaos. The unexpected viral moment. Losing my dad. Gaining a
strange kind of clarity in the middle of it all. And the magic
friendships and inspiring conversations that gave me sooo much.

honesty and vulnerability from my guests, so I really need to
hold myself to my own standards.
