The Horizon Audiofiles - Ep 053 - Resilience And Agility

In a less predictable operational environment, resilience and
agility are vital requirements for military sustainment. To
demonstrate this, we highlight the shortcomings in military
supply chains and identify solutions and practices adopted by
various organisations to address recognised challenges.
Furthermore, there is a need to understand more about new
practices and innovations in the business environment that impact
supply chains. In conclusion, we highlight several key aspects
that military leaders must address to enhance supply chain
resilience and agility.
