Sophia serves as an advisor for the ICF Mentor Coaching &
Coaching Supervision Advisory Council (her team is tasked with
co-creating new innovative products and services for mentor
coaches and coaching supervisors).


Sophia is the founding co-lead for the ICF Coaching Education
Assessor Community (a community of assessors, Mentor, Coaches,
and training professionals that assess inside global coach
training schools)
