Dr. Ute Franzen-Waschke (PCC/MP) is an international coach,
trainer, and facilitator who helps individuals, teams, and
organizations build healthy, sustainable workplace cultures
through better conversations. She draws on decades of experience
across industries such as automotive, supplier toautomotive,
insurance, consulting, and start-ups, and custom tailors her
approach to each client’s context and needs.


Ute is also a Certified Team Coach. She holds a Professional
Doctorate in Coaching for Wellbeing and Engagement in
Contemporary Work Environments, as well as anMA in International
Business Communication and Coaching. Additionally, she is
certified in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ), which she also
teaches and certifies other coaches in as a Senior Consultant for
the CreatingWE Institute.


Her work focuses on navigating complexity, strengthening
relationships at work, and fostering trust and communication so
people and businesses can thrivepersonally and economically.
