#132 Bible Schools and the Busy Pastor in the German Context (Eng)

Aaron and Willi sit down to reflect on a topic that came up
during our most recent pastors' retreat: Bible colleges. They
share memories of the challenges faced by full-time pastors who
also work part-time jobs, all while striving to provide solid
biblical and theological teaching to their congregations. Bible
colleges exist to support local pastors in this important
task—and we even have some opportunities available right here.
However, in the German context, pursuing theological education is
often viewed as unusual and, from a practical standpoint, not
particularly beneficial. This creates a tension: how do we
communicate the value of biblical education when there’s so
little?
