International Perspectives on Sustainable Entrepreneurship

In this episode, we talk to Ioana Pleșcău, a Romanian researcher
and academic passionate about teaching entrepreneurial skills with
a sustainable twist. This is our first podcast collaboration with
international partners, facilitated through the UP University
Network, which includes IMC Krems. Ioana emphasizes that
sustainability affects all aspects of life — economy, community,
and social well-being. She highlights that entrepreneurship and
sustainability must go hand in hand. Her tip for students: Think
like an entrepreneur and act sustainably by asking the right
questions: “Who is affected by what I do? What’s the long-term
effect?”
