Coaching in Organizations (CIO)

Heike Aiello (MBA, PCC) has been a board member of ICF Germany
since 2023. She currently coordinates the Coaching in
Organizations team, which has recently grown to include 12 active
volunteers. Together with the team, she developed a survey to
gain insights into the current state of coaching inorganisations
in Germany.
Heike works internationally as a leadership and career coach,
trainer, and facilitator of change, drawing on the principles of
Appreciative Inquiry. She is also a published author and
occasional keynote speaker. Heike lives in the Stuttgart area
with her husband and their two teenagers.
