Wir vom Treuhundbüro trainieren positiv. Das heisst: Gewaltfrei,
bedürfnisorientiert, mit positiver Verstärkung. Doch warum tun
wir das überhaupt? Und warum lehnen wir aversive
Trainingsmethoden - also die Arbeit über positive Strafe und
negative Verstärkung - ab? Dies erläutere ich in dieser Folge von
