Kellie Garrett (PCC) is an executive coach and speaker who
consults on leadership, culture, team dynamics, and board
governance. A former senior vice president at an agricultural
financial institution, she managed business strategy, enterprise
risk, customer experience, and reputation management. Kellie has
been honored on Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women list and has
received the Red Cross Humanitarian Award for autism advocacy.
