This meditation will support you to connect with your body and
mind.

It will create the experience COHERENCE, within YOU and ALL
AROUND you.

As certified heartmath coach i will lead and guide you,
after a short introduction, which helps you to better
understand the context AND therefore you get MORE out of
the meditation experience.

If you feel directly positive and good feelings and
vibrations after the meditation, feel free to listen to it
daily, to further and further expand your inner world and
increase your state of coherence and resilience.

ALSO, it would be GREAT, if you could give me from day to
day a short feedback after your meditation, regarding your
experience and your travel through space and time. MUCH
appreciated!

This will always helps me to further improve and detail the
meditation and through that gives you again a better experience.

LIVE you have the chance to attend my free meditation class
every last Wednesday in the month. Actually i only give the
meditation in GERMAN, but maybe some day if i have a few
people which are interested in ENGLISCH, maybe in the
future i will also give it in ENGLISH :)
