countries across 4 continents. With over 25 years of HR and
coaching experience in various industries and cultural contexts,
she embodies transformative leadership. Murielle is an ICF
Accredited Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), a certified mentor
coach, a speaker, CPHR, and HR Award winner, boasting a proven
track record of transforming ordinary leaders into extraordinary
ones.
She adopts a holistic approach, recognizing the
interconnectedness of individuals, teams, and organizations, as
well as the planet.
Overcoming personal challenges like stuttering and serious
illness has instilled in her the power of vision, resilience,
focus, and shifts in mindset, which she cultivates in others.
Murielle finds balance through Buddhist practice.
As the founder of DIRAGIR Ltd, she holds numerous certifications,
including IEA Professional Enneagram accreditation,
cross-cultural coaching, HR assessments, and she is trained in
ICF PCC markers.
She took around 700 hours of enneagram courses. She spreads the
word around the world about the Enneagram.
She was a speaker at the 2023 Global Enneagram Conference in San
Francisco (USA) (coach and clients’ biases, it is not what you
think).
She facilitated a workshop on the Enneagram and Teams at the
first coaching congress in Lille (France). She run webinars
on the Enneagram in the name of ICF Synergie (ICF Alliance of
French Speaking Countries), and more.
In 2024, she is nominated for the Global Women of Influence
Award.
