In episode #42 of Sweet Buzz - Scaling a Digital B2B Business
With Dancho Dimkov, I talk about what's the actual job of a
trainer.

I had an interesting thought I wanted to share with you. But, I
want your feedback, too. And that's an obstacle I yet have to
solve.

So, back to the main topic, I'm working, day and night, on the
BizzBee Online Academy. Oh man, how hard is it to be a trainer.

It's not my first one, for sure. I've done plenty of physical and
online trainings. But also, I have participated in hundreds, too.

I have seen it all. From really engaging and insightful, to
really dull ones. And it got me thinking, what's the actual job
of a trainer?

Can't get enough?
