An interesting thing happened to me after I returned from the US.
For the first few days, I was hyperactive. I've been sticking to
my routines, waking up early in the morning, walking, filming
episodes, and a million other things. But suddenly, I ran out of
energy.


I couldn't wake up in the morning, I didn't exercise, and I
didn't have the strength to continue working on projects or
brainstorm new ones.


All I wanted to do was lay down or sit down, and rest.


But that's not the lifestyle I want. It's okay if it happens
sometimes, but you must react quickly in order to get back on
your feet.
