#231 Building vs. Buying Digital Assets

It's Tuesday, and it's gloomy outside. Total bummer, right? But
anyway, I've got some wild thoughts to share today, thanks to a
recent chat with a potential partner from the US. We were
discussing digital assets, and he dropped a bombshell on me. See,
I always thought of creating digital assets as kind of like
owning real estate, but he said, "Hold on, you're mixing up the
digital and the real world." He compared it to buying an
apartment versus building one. When you buy, sure, it's pricier,
but you skip the headaches of finding land, signing contracts,
and dealing with permits. Building takes ages and a ton of
effort. And guess what? I realized I've been building my digital
assets, like my books and courses, from scratch. Then, it hit me!
Instead of building, why not buy?
