Why are equality, diversity, and inclusion policies important in
the academy? The roundtables will discuss the following questions:
To what extent are issues embedded or inherent in political
science, certain subfields, paradigmatic models, theoretical,
conceptual or methodological approaches, or which organizations and
institutional environments are more prone to lack of equality,
