The Nomadic people of Mongolia are some of the most inspiring
people I have ever met.

They seem to live in relative poverty, yet they are incredibly
rich in many things other than money. They seem to live in the
most remote parts of the grasslands, yet they have incredible
human bonds. There is so much we can learn from them and I feel
honoured to share this interview that I recorded with my nomadic
friend Tovuu during my last trip to Mongolia.

How do you define happiness? What can you do to lead a happy
life? How do you live in harmony with your family and with
nature?

Tovuu is a Nomadic friend from Mongolian. Today he shares with us
his views to the most important questions in life - seen from a
nomadic perspective. Tovuu was born and raised in a Nomadic
lifestyle in the countryside - sharing a gher tent with his whole
family, moving regularly from one place to another, herding
animals like sheep, goats, camels and yaks. He explains, why it
is essential in his culture to learn to be happy with what you
have, why material things are not important and why having
arguments is seen as useless.
