A high value approach is the answer to overcome the misfit-feeling
„ugly duckling“ of especially women in patriarchic structures.
@Kristin ENGVIG, founder of @WIN, one of the greatest international
female empowerment conferences, defines high values work context as
Nurturing Caring Relaxing Intuitive Sharing Men and women are not
competitors, as media wants to suggest. It’s about building a new
world with a new work context together. Everyone who works in
conventional work context knows, that these values are not the
standard. They are often seen as unprofessional. People, who commit
to these values often have the feeling, not to fit in, like the
ugly duckling in the story from Hans Christian Andersen, that
discovers being a swan with great abilities, ducks do not have.
These people - women, but also more often also men - are pioneers
that represent a new world with a new work context, in which women
but also men feel safer and more comfortable. WIN empowers the
journey of female pioneer leaders building this holistic new world
and work context by learning to speak up, be disciplined, fokus on
the higher vision, dealing with criticism, build strong supportive
networks. The next WIN Conference is in September/October 2024.
There are more other conferences and webinars on the WIN website
www.winconference.net in Kenya, India and even Japan.
