The importance of research in coaching

Jonathan Passmore is professor of coaching at Henley business
school, an executive coach, researchers and author. He previously
worked for IBM Business Consulting PricewaterHouse Cooper and OPM
as a chartered psychologist leading coaching and leadership
development projects. He holds five degrees and has published
widely with over 30 books, 100 scientific papers and book
chapters, plus spoken at over 200 events worldwide. His latest
