The ethics of diagnosis and analysis in coaching

Anton Stellamans is a coach and trainer. He co-founded Ilfaro
with Liselotte Baeijaert in 2007. He holds MA degrees in
Philosophy and History and complemented his academic studies with
a 4 year training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Coaching
at the Korzybski-International Institute. He is the co-author of
several books a.o. Resilienz: Ein Werkstattbuch zur
Widerstandskraft, The Art of Giving Feedback. He is an active
member of SOLWorld and SFiO.
