Alex Haitoglou is the founder of Ovida, the world’s first AI
platform designed to augment the human side of coaching. Ovida
achieves this by growing and enhancing coaching skills using
objective data and insights, video reviews for self-reflection
and 8X faster human mentoring. Alex is a business leader, tech
entrepreneur, passionate coaching practitioner and advocate. He
studied Business Economics and German in the UK and Germany,
worked for Procter & Gamble in multiple countries leading
brands and in parallel ran the global Grow coaching program that
trained leaders and coaches in coaching skills. Alex continued
his career in leadership roles in Walgreens Boots Alliance before
becoming an entrepreneur and founding Ovida. Ovida is used in
academia, with partners like Dr Nicky Terblanche (Univ. of
Stellenbosch), Dr Rebecca Jones (Henley Business School), Dr
Woody Woodward (NYU), Dr David Drake (creator of Narrative
Coaching) amongst others, as well as businesses that train
leadership and coaching internally and externally.
