Our guest this episode is Dann Smit. He is Creative Director and
founder of the Amsterdam design agency CapeRock.

Dann is creative director with 20-plus years experience working
for the media industry in Europe. He specializes in helping
ambitious brand to visualize their ambition by creating dynamic
brand signals and overseeing the implementation of brand
strategies, brand identity development and brand communication.

He works as a creative director for both broadcasters and digital
brands across Europe. Working from the company he co-founded,
brand and design agency Cape Rock, his role is to lead the
creative process for ambitious brands: from strategic insights to
design execution for all media formats and experiences.
