Class: Sean Paxton from the HomeBrewChef.com visits. He brought the beer. We brought the food. Then we paired them up for an extravagant tour of taste. Unlike the guys on the "Beer and Salad" show Sean is the real deal.
Homework: Get three beers you don't know and one that you do know and taste them against food basics like we did.
