Brew a Career
Some people spend lots of money on brewing school to learn the craft of brewing. Melissa learned beer the other way: by brewing beer every day for the last decade. She started brewing part time then eventually quit her day job.
Homework: Visit and tour a brewery. During the tour volunteer to clean the mash tun.
Beer: Modelo in a can and mini Reeses Peanut Butter cups.
Special guests: Melissa the Brewer and Catherine.
