Gird your loins as Hollywood royalty and star of Devil Wears Prada, Stanley Tucci, teams up with Holly to stir - not shake - up the perfect martini. Watch as Holly puts Stanley through a celebrity card game, with surprise questions from Richie Anderson, Joel Dommett and Chesney Hawkes, plenty of laughs and a few unexpectedly sweet moments! Stanley also reveals the one item he could never live without, what tattoo he would get if he had to (hint: it might involve a martini glass) and opens up about being a shy kid who just wanted to fall in love. In this rocket-fueled episode, there’s plenty of tricks, tips and vodka to go around. Just don’t tell James Bond! Martini Method (makes 2): ¾ shot dry white vermouth 4 shots vodka (or gin, if you're a traditionalist) Plenty of ice Lemon peel, plus olives if you like Fill a stirring jug with ice, pour in the vermouth and vodka, and stir (never shake!) until smooth but you can still taste the alcohol. Strain into two chilled martini glasses. Squeeze the oils from a strip of lemon peel over each drink, rub it round the rim and drop it in. Adding olives? Use one or three on a stick, never two. Stanley's tip: no stirring jug? A pint glass will do. Please drink responsibly. One is great, two at most, three and you're under the table, four and you're under the host! He used the larger 12-inch/30cm skillet in this episode. It’s oven-safe and suitable for both indoor cooking and grilling.
