Ike has served on several All-Hazards Safety Preparedness groups, has been part of the Incident Command System and an emergency planner. Ike continues to develop his All-Hazards Preparedness and Vulnerability Assessment company and spends his spare time as a first responder for his local Fire Department and working on his family’s small farm. He offers a combination of doctoral level academic research and teaching, strong commercial, operational and project management experience and government-level and C-Suite consultancy across SE Asia, Middle East, Latin America and East and West Africa.   He holds a doctorate in security and risk management from University of Portsmouth.
