Failure is the claim that Billy Sehume opens in his new book "The Ultimate Learning Curve"  - released December 24, 2022


Failure is what was accompanying us from our Fluegge Publishing department as it took us more than a year to compile, trim and launch the book.


Our learnings:


- the book is a result of the Dare2Share elearning training program - new to the market and it contains an interactive track where the trainee gets directly engaged with us and all the results of the training are processed in a book format 


- our unit was overwhelmed compiling everything together and we procrastinated the final mile of this marathon


- Dare2Share was taped and finalized in a few months, but the final mile was a lot of hard work


- Billy gives you a lot of background motivation for the Dare2Share program


- He trusted us to deliver it in the utmost quality 


- We learned quite a few tricks to transform the online parts into a printable version and tested further tools - so that in the future we can speed up the process tremendously for our new clients


- Failure is essential to keep going and stick to the utmost quality


- We trimmed the Dare2Share as a unique competences-to-be-shown-in-the-market program


- After identifying the roadblocks we moved the project from waiting zone into the success zone
