In July 2024, Felicity Oswald woke to her radio alarm at ten past
seven. The first voice she heard was Ciaran Martin, her
predecessor, talking about the CrowdStrike incident. Her day as
head of the National Cyber Security Centre was about to go very
differently from the one she had planned.

To mark the NCSC's tenth anniversary, host Darragh sits down with
all four people who have led the organisation: founding CEO
Ciaran Martin, Lindy Cameron, Felicity Oswald and current CEO
Richard Horne. Together, they reflect on a decade of change in
cyber security, from the major incidents that tested the NCSC to
the rapid evolution of technology and the growing importance of
cyber resilience for UK organisations.

What have ten years at the forefront of UK cyber security taught
them about managing crises, leadership and resilience? And as AI
and other technologies reshape the landscape, what will the next
ten years demand from today's leaders?
