significant security and legal changes, alongside managing a
major environmental crisis. To increase efficiency and address a
massive backlog, the new Chief Justice of India has introduced
sweeping judicial reforms focused on eliminating
adjournments and speeding up urgent cases; concurrently, the
Border Security Force reported sustained cross-border challenges,
