In this week's investigation Hot On The Case dives into the
chilling disappearance of two friends, Ashley Pond and Miranda
Gaddis. Both girls vanished two months apart from each other
which left the entire community terrified. As investigators begin
uncovering the truth, they begin to discover dark secrets tied to
a family with a disturbing history of violence spanning
generations. The deeper this case goes, the more shocking the
connections become, turning it into one of the most haunting true
crime stories of the early 2000s. The horrifying details
surrounding this case would later inspire the deeply disturbing
film "Megan is Missing".
