Today’s guest is a legend in the 4WD scene, Barney Lewis from
Built4Offroad. We chat about his path to where he is today, from
family business Genie Performance, through to starting Legendex
and Built4OffRoad —and what it’s like to go from making DVDs to
having 2 million views on a clip you thought might be seen by 10
people. We talk about the best platforms to build off and the
ultimate vehicles to get out and see this great country of ours.
We return to a favourite topic of our top places to tour, what
makes Tassie so epic, and why you can never talk about what
happens at camp after dark. We also dig in on the influx of Rams
and Chevys, pitch the 200 against the 300, and find out that
Barney would sell both his dogs and a couple of children for a
