her baby daughter, Sienna.

friendship she's found in a group of fellow athlete mums and
teammates.

 As she sails through this new chapter of her life, Mills
urges new mums to soak in the early moments with their newborns
without getting caught up in the hustle to establish routines
right away. It's all about enjoying the simple, tender moments
that come with nurturing a new life.
