Cassandra Grodd is an author, an entrepreneur and a wellness
advocate. It would be easy to typecast her, but everyone's
journeys have twists, and Cassandra is no different.

From a battling with an eating disorder as a teenager, and
struggling to find confidence in herself, she's embraced the idea
of fake it until you make it and designed a life so that she can
be her best self. In this episode she talks about dedicating time
to set up your day and bringing main character energy. I really
