Julia Matthews is in her productivity season - She's a busy mum
and a successful business owner and coming to terms with the fact
that she's having to make sacrifices to allow herself to thrive.
"You can have it all, just not all at once" is one of my
favourite quotes, and she is epitomising that right now!

Jules has her rituals as well, and although she thrives in the
chaos, she does find time to do guided meditation and move her
body. She also understands the importance of having the right
