#16 - Vom Glück Nein zu sagen - warum du andere manchmal
enttäuschen musst
Letzte Folge hat uns an die Folgen von jahrelanger Anpassung
erinnert, aber wie schaffen wir es endlich unsere Maske
abzulegen? In dieser Folge erzähle ich dir, warum zum Unmasking
auch gehört, andere manchmal zu enttäuschen und warum das völlig
in Ordnung ist. Außerdem werde ich so persönlich wie nie: Ich
erzähle dir, wie ich mein Glück und meine Heilung im Nein sagen
gefunden habe und wie auch du das schaffst.
Ich bin Vanessa und spreche hier aus fachlichem Hintergrund, aber
auch aus persönlichen Erfahrungen von ADHS, Autismus und das
Leben jenseits der Norm.
