Episode 16 – Timelapses, Lyrics & AI feat. prash.makes

Heads up: this episode is in English!

Things are a little different this time: Flo isn't with us today
– but we've got Prash (prash.makes) in the studio instead, and he
brought a topic that's a lot of fun.

Prash creates 3D printing timelapses where the song lyrics are
printed right along with the model – part timelapse, part lyric
video. We talk about how something like that actually comes
together, which tools and tricks are behind it, and where you'll
trip up the first time you try it yourself. If you'd rather see
it in person: Prash will be showing his setup live at the PRINTED
Hub – well worth a visit.

After that we zoom out a bit and talk about AI in 3D printing,
and why we see it as a helper rather than a worker. Sparking
ideas, breaking through a creative block, making the first step
easier – absolutely. Delivering the finished result – no. In the
end it's your creativity that has to carry it home, and that's
exactly how it should be.

One small note: we had so much to talk about that time simply ran
out – so there's no OnlyPrints in this episode. Next time, we
promise.

Enjoy the show – and keep your ears stiff!

so.

versprochen.

Viel Spaß beim Hören – unn haldt die Ohre steif!
