tried and failed to have Judge Cannone dismiss the charges
outright, and their first witness was a digital forensics expert
with a different view of technical data that the prosecution had
presented. It's the first of what will be several battles of the
experts — we take a look. Plus, Michael Proctor's infamous text
messages will soon return to the courtroom. Why the prosecution
tried to block testimony from witnesses connected to the former
